PUBLIC OFFER TO ENTER INTO A DONATION AGREEMENT AND RULES FOR THE USE OF THE NPE-KARTU.EU WEBSITE

1. This offer and rules (hereinafter – Rules) is a proposal to conclude an agreement between the Charity and Support Foundation "Nuzhna pomosh Europe", legal entity number 305358424, legal address: Konstitucijos prospektas 21A, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter – the Foundation) and you, whereby the Foundation will provide you with the opportunity to use the website www.npe-kartu.eu (hereinafter – Website) and to make a donation of a desired amount of money (hereinafter – Donation) in order to support statutory activities of the Foundation.

2. The Foundation can be contactedby address at Konstitucijos prospektas 21A, Vilnius, Lithuania.

3. You are eligible to donate the desired amount of money by any of the methods indicated on the Website only if you are a legally capable person and able to conclude a donation agreement with the Foundation (pursuant to Article 6.476 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania) in accordance with the current legislation, as well as if you accept these Rules. If you are under 18, you may donate only with the consent of your parents or other legal representatives. By clicking on the “Donate” button, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of your parents or other legal representatives to make a donation. By clicking the “Donate” button, you confirm that you, being a natural or legal person, are not subject to the sanctions imposed by EU, USA or UK.

4. You can make a donation on the website in the following ways: by making a single donation – the donation amount will be deducted once from the payment card or bank account you have specified; by making a regular donation – the donation amount will be automatically deducted from the payment card or bank account you have specified each month.

5. When filling in the form on the Website to make a donation, please ensure that the details you provide are correct and that the amount you wish to donate matches your wishes. The data you provide will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. A donation is considered made to the Foundation from the moment it is credited to the Foundation's bank account. The transfer of a donation to the Foundation's account indicates your full agreement with the terms and conditions of the Rules and acceptance of the offer.

8. You can cancel your regular donation by sending an email to the Foundation at info@npe-kartu.eu , providing your name and the email address you gave when you made your regular donation

This website is hosted by a service provider Digital ocean, the data collected on our website is therefore stored on the service provider's servers. The server locations are also located in European and non-European countries. Data is transferred abroad, including to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. An adequate level of data protection is ensured by the use of standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission within the meaning of Art 46 para 2 lit c) GDPR.
